H-1B Employer Wage Data

Before sponsoring H-1B workers, employers must file a Labor Condition Application (LCA) with the DOL certifying they will pay at least the prevailing wage. These filings are public records and provide a unique window into what companies actually pay — or commit to pay — skilled foreign workers.

Note: LCA filings are certifications, not visa approvals. An employer may certify more positions than are ultimately approved by USCIS.
